Wisdom teeth (your third molars) usually arrive in the late teens or early twenties, and there often isn't room for them. When they come in impacted, angled or crowding neighbouring teeth, removal is usually the most comfortable long-term option.
We assess your wisdom teeth with a panoramic X-ray well before they become a problem, so extraction — if it's needed — can be planned rather than rushed. Most cases are completed comfortably with local anesthetic and sedation options for more involved extractions, with clear aftercare instructions to keep healing on track.
